I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean and had great facilities including air conditioning. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel's location also made it easy to get around the city as it was close to the airport bus and within walking distance to both the rodoviaria and a shopping mall.
Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, airport, and mall. the room was equipped with air conditioning and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and provided enough variety. the staff was kind to our furry friend and made the room welcoming for pets.
The receptionists lacked language skills, which made communication difficult.

During our new year experience at this hotel, we really appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms that we stayed in. The breakfast was also a good highlight, offering a variety of options to choose from. the location was great as it was close to the mall and airport, making it easily accessible for travelers.
the TV channels offered were very limited, which was a letdown during our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. The breakfast had a decent variety, including fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and airport, and transportation is easily accessible.
We were disappointed that the hotel was far from the port and city center where we wanted to explore during our romantic escape. Additionally, there was a very limited selection of TV channels which made it challenging to unwind in the evenings.
